    COVERAGE DETIALS

    Lifetime Warranty – Frame & Swingarm

    Your XR-E motorbike's frame and swingarm are protected for the life of the original owner. This covers any structural defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

    2-Year Limited Warranty – Components
    All other major components of the bike are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Motor and controller

    • Battery and charging system

    • Suspension components

    • Electronics and lighting

    • Foot pegs, seat structure, and panels

    What’s Not Covered

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear-and-tear parts such as tires, brake pads, grips, and chains

    • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications

    • Improper maintenance or failure to follow recommended service intervals

    • Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, or paint wear

    How to Make a Claim

    If you believe you have a warranty issue:

    • Contact our support team at service@armstrong-ev.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

    • We’ll evaluate your claim and, if approved, arrange for repair, replacement, or part shipment at no cost to you (excluding shipping in some cases).

    Limitations

    This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable. It is valid only for products purchased directly from Armstrong Electric Vehicles or authorized dealers.
